KBJ Academy Skills Training
KBJ recommends skills training to any basketball player who loves the game and wants to reach their full potential. Skills training does not replace the need to play with a team where players can actually apply training, this is in addition to playing with your team. Team practices are for the team to get better and build chemistry, but the player has to take ownership of their own individual game to improve. When individuals get better, the team gets better too.
Team Skills Training
Team skill building starts with fundamentals. KBJ team skills training will start with assessments, evaluation, recommendations and then a strategic plan of executions on how to improve specific team skills. Hot Topics Requested by Coaches: Man to Man Defense; Zone Offense; Rebounding; Shooting Form; Transition Defense.
