All camps are 2 or more hours and include:
- Dynamic and Static Stretching Routines
- Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Techniques
- Agility Drills to Improve Foot Speed & Reaction Time
- Individual Skill Development
- Team Building Drills and Concepts
- Player and Team Evaluations
- Talk Sessions: Nutrition, Hydration, Personal Marketing, Social Media Awareness

We recommend starting camps as early as 4 years old and skills training by age 8 to learn fundamentals early.
